This Privacy Policy explains how Sunwave Plumbing ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects the information of our customers, website visitors, and team members who use our software, including the Sunwave mobile app, and how we handle mobile phone numbers and text messaging.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us when you book a service, request an estimate, or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you need. We also collect basic technical data (such as pages visited) when you use our website.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform plumbing services, prepare estimates and invoices, process payments, provide customer support, and send you service-related messages by phone call, text, and email.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with the subcontractors and service providers that help us operate (for example, the messaging provider that delivers our texts) is limited to supporting our services to you. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

The Sunwave apps and our team software
Sunwave OS, including the Sunwave and Sunwave Tasks apps for iOS, is business software used by our team (owners, office staff, technicians, and location leaders). For team members who sign in, we collect the account information needed to run the software: your name and email address (provided by you or by your Google or Apple sign-in), your role, and the business records you create in the apps such as schedules, notes, estimates, invoices, tasks, and messages sent to customers.
The apps may request device permissions, each of which is optional and used only for the feature it powers: notifications (appointment, call, and follow-up alerts), the microphone (making and taking business phone calls in the Sunwave app, and recording voice tasks in Sunwave Tasks), speech recognition (showing a live transcription while you record a voice task), the camera and photo library (attaching photos to jobs, estimates, and messages), and location (features such as drive-time arrival estimates). Voice-task recordings are sent to our server only to be turned into task text for your team. The apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, do not show ads, and do not sell any information. You can change any permission at any time in your device settings.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business (such as scheduling, payment, and messaging providers), only as needed to provide our services to you, or where required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us to update or remove your information.
